I am a User Experience (UX) Researcher, Strategist, and creative problem-solver.
I am an experienced UX researcher from Essex, UK. My experience covers both qualatative and the quantitative approaches, although in terms of experience and knowledge I would have to give an edge to the quantitative. For the last 10 years I have been working with ecommerce companies to uncover the insights needed to create user friendly experiences that sync up with the business goals.
I have an unshakeable approach to the ethical application of researcher practises particularly around cognitive biases and showing your working out.

I am currently searching for a new User Experience Research role preferably in ecommerce or in organisations dealing with positive change (healthcare, culture, environmentalism etc). I would be open to a UX designer role if it incorporated regular research and user testing as part of the role.
I am working on a couple of side projects whilst exploring employment opportunities. My main side project is a SaaS based Intranet software aimed to foster positive growth for company culture.

My Philosophy
- Outcome over Output
- See the User Experience in everything.
- Seek to improve ‘the experience of doing User Experience’.
- All design is user experience design.
- The phrase "That's how we've always done it" should be outlawed.
- I believe coding in the browser is the most efficient form of prototyping.
- I believe strongly in IDEO's Design Thinking framework
